Returns & Exchanges

At Orange Sherbet Boutique, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit or exchanges. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postage location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit voucher via email within 5-7 business days.
